By placing an order and completing the checkout process on this website (the "Site"), you ("Customer") agree to the following terms regarding immediate payment and pre-orders.
1. Immediate Authorization & Payment
By clicking "Place Order" or otherwise completing your purchase through any accepted payment method, you expressly authorize us to charge your payment method immediately for the total amount due at checkout.
2. Pre-Order Items
- Full payment at checkout: Pre-order items are charged in full at the time of checkout, not when the item ships.
- Securing your copy: Payment at checkout reserves your pre-order allocation and places your order in our fulfillment queue.
- Separate shipments: In-stock items ship right away. Each pre-order ships separately when it is released, with pre-orders that share a release date shipping together. Shipping is charged for each shipment at checkout.
- Estimated release dates: Release and shipping dates shown on product pages are estimates and may change because of publisher or manufacturer delays, supply chain disruptions or other circumstances outside our control.
- Delays: If an item's release date is delayed, we will let you know by email. You may then cancel that item for a full refund, or keep your pre-order in place.
- Cancelled titles: If a pre-ordered item is cancelled by the publisher or will not be released, we will refund the full amount paid for that item to your original payment method.
- Changes and cancellations: Pre-orders are subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy. To modify or cancel a pre-order before it ships, please contact customer support at customerservice@dynamicforces.com.
3. Taxes & Shipping
The total checkout price includes all applicable taxes and shipping fees calculated at the time of sale, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
4. Billing Accuracy
You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment card or payment account used in connection with your order. You are responsible for ensuring that all billing and shipping information you provide is accurate and up to date.
